"Paccheri" Rigatoni Bolognese review by Mary
Anybody who knows me, knows I am a pasta sauce snob. Growing up my father made homemade sauce and I never order pasta out because it never tastes as good. One night I saw someone else order the "Paccheri" Rigatoni Bolognese and as the server walked by the table, it smelled and looked amazing! So I took a chance and ordered it. I am so glad I did, it is now my favorite meal there! You can taste the care put into this sauce, with the beef and pork braised in the wine sauce, just the way my dad made it. And I love the size of the oversized Rigatoni that was cooked perfectly. The serving size is perfect too so I have room for some clams and appy's before. I cannot say enough about The Miner's Apron, I am a fan for life!!!

What a disappointing first impression. The Tuesday menu is terrible, only more disappointed by the food. What are you thinking to offer a Tuesday menu that doesn't represent your restaurant? Don't know if I can actually go back. Never heard of a more ridiculous menu idea.
